How does this even happen? Y axis shift?
How does this happen? And what should i look at to make sure it doesn't happen again? I had a print that in the last 20% it did this as well, but this one it did it in the first 20%.. What is causing this?? PLEASE HELP!

Yes. Check your grub screw.
