How do I resolve this blobs around seam issue?
I have been printing the same design for several months without any issues. However, recently I have started noticing these blobs appear to the right (downstream when printing) of the seam. I have not changed anything in the printer so wondering if the nozzle can be worn out at this point? I tried to inspect for potential leaks around heat block area and couldn't find any (pics attached). I am using a hardened steel nozzle and only print regular PLA with it so can it worn out in about 3-4 months of printing? Below is a picture of the print and 2 pics of the nozzle from different angles.

I don't see any leaks. It could be over extrusion.
