How do I fix this weird blemish on print with Ninjaflex TPU?

Hello, I have just started trying to print with TPU and I am still trying to find the perfect settings for it. Here are some changes I have made to the stock flexible filament profile so far:

• I made speeds of all movement to be 20mm/s (besides non print speed since that does not seem to cause any issues)
• Turned off retraction
• Lowered flow rate to 1.1 since 1.2 was over-extruding
• Checked the box to avoid crossing perimeters

There is a strange blemish on the print on the same exact spot every time when I print this model. I tried watching the print and I noticed that it made some kind of jerk motion while at the exact spot and is most likely the cause. Other than this blemish, the rest of the print looks flawless. Any tips or advice for this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
