Fringed edge in Slicer (Lithophane)

Hi,

I am currently trying to get PrusaSlicer to slice lithophanes generated with this website: http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/

But no matter what settings I change, I always end up with a fringed edge on the right side:

The thickness of the borders is 0.8 mm, the extrusion width is set to 0.4 with otherwise stock 0.10 DETAIL settings, but it is the same even with the thickness of the border increased to 1.2 mm. A cuboid created in CAD with the same basic dimensions (120 x 80 x 4 mm) on the other hand is sliced just fine. I installed Cura and tested it with the profiles for the MK3s provided by Prusa, here the lithophanes are also sliced correctly, which leads me to believe that I am still missing a critical setting. Has somebody had some similar experiences or just ideas what I could be missing? Any help would be much appreciated!

I can't really tell from the picture, but always print your lithophanes on edge. Use a brim.

Best filament I have found is 3D Solutech Real White.

@robert-rmm200

Sorry, the picture was not that great. It is in fact standing on the lower edge and sliced with a brim (see below). The problem is already in the slicer...

@vintagepc:

The setting was turned off in the selected profile by default, enabling it also didn't change anything.

The dimensions of the cuboid mentioned in the first post should have been 120 x 80 x 0.8 mm - I don't know where the thickness of 4 came from, but I can't edit it anymore...
