Filament gets stuck in the nozzle
Hehey, I am a complete noob to this, so please bare with me. I recently built the kit and have had great results up until I swatched filament from the one provided in the package, to one of the filaments I bought. My idea was to use up the provided one and use that for learning more and getting things right. But then a friend wanted me to print something with the https://shop.prusa3d.com/en/filament/267-pla-pha-red-transparent-750g.html
I changed the filament and it starts ok, but after a while, it somehow gets stuck in the nozzle and nothing comes out. I don't have a caliper, so I can't tell the accurate width of it. Something is wrong though. I used both Prusa Control (PLA/PHA) and Prusa Slic3r (ColorFabb PLA/PHA). The thing I tried to print was https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:691127 which seems like a good use for a semitransparent filament. And simple model as well.
Any pointers? Tips? Any "did you remember to change the..." that are obvious to everyone else but me? Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers!

Re: Filament gets stuck in the nozzle
Thanks for your quick reply! The filament were both PLA as I wrote. I did a normal unload/load between the attempts with the provided silver PLA and then back to the transparent PLA/PHA one from ColorLabb to see if that helps, and so far it seems to be working. I did it before reading your tip about cold pulling. I will try that if it F:s up again. Hopefully I'll neeever ever have trouble again, but here's me being naive. Thanks again. One of the reasons I went for a Prusa model is the community and support.
Cheers! :O)

I think the print went just great.

Re: Filament gets stuck in the nozzle
Looks good to me! Prints will have imperfections, some are hoping for a more powerful RAMBO board, as the current one isn't powerful enough to fully take advantage of other components of the system, or other random reasons I am unaware of).
and thank-you for using an external image host, my cel data usage gets hammered coming here. Cheers!
Re: Filament gets stuck in the nozzle
Well, now my calibration is off somehow. I designed my first little thingie, an extruder but there was some weird shifting all of a sudden, so i started a complete reboot of all calibrations. Now it stops after bed calibration point and says xyz calibration failed. Please consult the manual. PINDA is adjusted at several positions, but that doesn't help. :O/
