eSun ePC-CR does not stick on the bed

Dear comunity

I am a very beginner eventhoug I have a printer for some years, but the printer was never a problem it did everythin perfect so I have no real experience.

But now I have a problem and I hope you can help.

I bought this Filament: ePC-CR  its from eSun

I also bought this "PA Nylon Powder-coated Steel Sheet" from Prusa which is supposed for Nylon only and no adhesive should be necessary.

But the Filament does not stick on this bed it gets loose from the very start.

The filament was dryed for 20h and the rel. humidity was ca.20% in the dreyer, I also left it in the dryer during my print attempt.

I used the PC profile and adjusted temperatur 240 C and bed 80 -100 C, of course I did many trials with different temperatures.

At the end I used a printing adhesive special for PA but no change at all.

I have not enough experience with all these parameters in the slicer.

Maybe somebody has experience with this fillament and can share the profile for the prusaslicer

I whould be very greatfull for help

regards

Jürgen

My printer is a MK3s

RE: eSun ePC-CR does not stick on the bed

PC is not Nylon (PA), the abbreviation stands for PolyCarbonate, a different material. Have a look at the material table: https://help.prusa3d.com/materials
There you will find that you should print Polycarbonate on the satin sheet (without glue stick) and on the smooth or textured sheet with glue stick, and the PA Nylon sheet is not recommended.
I have not used this filament from eSun yet, but I have printed Prusament PC-CF on the satin sheet, which worked well for me.
