Consistent Warping in Consistent Part of Print Area

I've been printing for a couple of months now, and I've noticed that while I've had pretty good success with prints that have a smaller footprint, when I print something with a bigger footprint, that takes up more of the print bed, it warps.

It warps consistently: always warping, and always in the same region of the print bed (if the print area is a clock: 2 o'clock through 5 o'clock away from the center) .

I'm working with an i3 MK3S, printing PLA onto a powder coated sheet with the default PLA settings. My first layer looks like it's pretty good, and I've been washing the sheet with dishsoap and hot water.  I don't have it in an enclosure, but the room it's in has a consistent temperature.

I get good prints when they're small (short or tall doesn't matter), so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong.  I just can't  go more than a few inches to the right if I want it to succeed.

What am I missing? What should I be investigating?

Thanks!

RE: Consistent Warping in Consistent Part of Print Area

PLA holds not as good on powder coated sheet, on pei sheet it holds better, of course it should work on both, but a pei sheet should be easyer.

To get better sticking:

Wash with only dish soap,

First layer should be 100%, most users are to high then sticking does not work.

Extra normal not needed:

Bed 10 C higher, (this could  also helps for warping)

First layer slow down to 10 mm

First layer hotter 5 or 10 C higher.

Warping:

Print hotter 10 C hotter(this could  also helps for warping)

Glue stick could help, not all glue stick are the same.

Let no wind hit the printer, put a box/wall around it to keep wind away.

Check your filament if there is to much water inside, extrude by hand, with extruder higher, so you can look under it, it should make a nice stream, and no bubbles because of water.
