channels closing `

Hey guys may I please get help im currently printing a microfluidic device that has 2 inlets and 1 outlet with 1mm channels using polypropylene at 240 degrees and 80 degrees bed but the channels are closing up, 0.4 nozzle size.

You will need to provide a lot more information than this if people are to help you!

What model printer do you have.  What Slicer did you use?  What filament are you using.  Ideally zip and upload the .3mf file you are using.  Some pictures if possible.

sorry about that, im using Original Prusa i3 MK3S+ 3D printer, prusaslicer, polypropylene picture attached below

You have two options, either calibrate - print, measure, adjust, reprint, measure ... and iterate to satisfaction.

Or, if you have an MMU or use the Manual MMU method, fill the channels with soluble filament to hold them open and dissolve after printing.
