Carbon nylon strings. Need some help on this.

I'm using sainsmart carbon nylon. It's printing well but when it gets close to the top or when it's near a edge that's what's happening. I have the filament in a dry box and keeping the moisture out as well. The temp and the bed is good. Any idea on how to fix this?

Have you dried your filament?

Sorry for taking long on the reply but yes I did. And I been drying it for a few days. I actually got the strings out but the top of the benchy is looking all weird. Have no idea why that is happening.
