Basic Print Parameters for Colorfabb PA-NEAT Nylon
Hi wondering if somebody could help with a basic set up for PA-NEAT?
I have a spool that I bought many months ago and now just getting to try to use it. It was sealed in the box till now. It spluttered a bit at the start and the print quality was awful with lots of stringing which was a big pain as the parts have some gaps and the traverse over the gap almost closed it up! After much research and messing about I bought a dryer in which I left the roll at 70deg for 12 hours.
It has helped a lot with the stringing but I am losing it with the quality. I'm printing fairly small components (10-20mm at 0.2 layers and a 0.4mm nozzle on the MK3S) and the walls are very uneven. I've played around with so many parameters now that I've lost sight of what I have done and was wondering if anybody that uses this filament would have a baseline they would share?
Cheers
