Atomic filament nuclear nylon issue
Lately I've been printing with either Atomic filament nuclear nylon https://atomicfilament.com/collections/1kg-rolls/products/carbon-fiber-nuclear-nylon or 3Dmakerengineering Carbon fiber nylon pro https://www.3dmakerengineering.com/collections/3d-printer-filament/products/cf-nylon-3d-printer-filament .
I'm using their suggested settings with a .4mm tungsten carbide nozzle and everything seems to print well, except that I start collecting a small bit of ooze on the nozzle tip that eventually gets hung up on the print. When this happens the print gets dislodged and I end up with a birds nest on the print bed. I've been toying around with the idea of reducing the extrusion multiplier, currently 1.0, to try and cut down on this. This ooze only happens when I'm printing with these two filaments.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
