ASA bridge woes

Hello everybody,

I already posted this in the first print problems forum but maybe this is a better place to find some ideas how to get this right.

My 3D printing journey basically started because of this project and I would love to get it right. The part in question is supposed to be the channel for a LED strip. Quite a few (20) of them will become part of a ring shaped lamp.

Filament and print settings are:
Filament: ASA from a local NZ producer (Kiwi3d)
Settings are slighlty modified from Prusament ASA settings:
extruder 240 degrees (upper end of the manufacturers range)
bed: started at 95 (manufacturer) and worked my way up to 105
5mm brimThe whole structure is about 21cm long and 3.8mm high.

The part (thanks to my limited design/engineering skills) needs to be printed with the rings bit facing upwards. Lying on it's side is also not an option, because the end of the channel is open on one side and the two side walls have a small grove each for the lamp diffusor. When printing it this happened to the bridges on the inside:

What settings need to be tweaked to get this right? Temperature? Bridge speed? Something completely different? Surrender and use another material? (would be a shame as I was thinking of acetone smoothing the surfaces)

Many thanks in advance for any idea to get this right!

Cheers

Hansjoerg
