Advice on printing Polyflex TPU 90
Hi all,
I've been struggling to get any successful prints with Polyflex TPU 90
Does anyone have a profile or settings that you have used with good results.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated
Thanks in advance
So what are the problems?
Cheerio,

I've printed it fine with the generic flex profile, after loosening the idler screw. Like any TPU, dry the hell out of it.

RE: Advice on printing Polyflex TPU 90
The above images show the part I have been trying to print in TPU. The "shiny" one is the best I have got from the Prusa, the others were worse!! I've dried the filament twice in a Sunlu S4 and then again in an S2 and printed directly from that with no luck, I've slowed speed right down etc, but still no joy. The part next to it was printed for me on a BambuLab X1E and as you can see they are a million miles apart, but until the truth 100% comes out about Bambu's log files and cloud security saga, I am reluctant to make this my 5th printer. I've tried printing on my Form 3, but personally I feel their two elastic resins are not up to production part standard only prototyping and their new silicon resin, although better, is much too soft. My UM2+ doesn't like TPU because of the Bowden set up and my Markforged Onyx obviously can't do flexible, so I'm stuck with either trying to get it to work on the Mk3S+, buy a Mk 4, but I've heard this also struggles with TPU or bite the bullet and go Bambu from an SD card

Hi, I've printed SainSmart TPU sucessfully with my MK3S/MMU2. Here are my settings...
