ABS tweaks (not an adhesion question)
Hi,
I just started printing ABS with a 0.6 nozzle and I'm fairly happy with the results so far but I do have a few improvements I think I could make. Specifically, if you look closely you'll see some slight ringing around the bottom which is actually not present on the opposite side of the Benchy.
The other issue is some slight bridging issues seen in the 2nd pic.
Before I go and start making adjustments I thought I'd see what suggestions anyone might have. 🙂 Using mostly stock Slicer ABS and 0.6 mm settings, 0.15mm layer height, 20% fan, 245/110 C temps with Gizmo Dorks low odor ABS.
RE: ABS tweaks (not an adhesion question)
Hi, did you start your printing with ABS or did you start your first printing at all using ABS?
Not sure 0.6 nozzle is for fine printing.

I've been printing with PLA for about a year and just started printing with ABS. I'm not expecting fine detail from the 0.6 nozzle, but I don't think the artifacts are from the nozzle. Resolution should decrease I'm sure.
