Z-Band of sorts only on a certain model at a specific layer height
This is the second time I've printed this model, so I'm starting to think this Z-Band type defect isn't a one-off. I've only seen it on this particular model, and I've noticed this time around that the height in which it happens corresponds to the layer where a large bridge occurs although they're not connected. Could this be related? A PrusaSlicer bug perhaps?

I don't have any insight into your problem, but I am also observing a "Z-band" or layer shift in prints on an enclosure. It is clearly not in the model and there is no sign of it in the sliced image produced by Prusa Slicer. I have reviewed the article on layer shifting (
https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/layer-shifting_2020 ) but have not seen any changes in the print while poking at these items. The band goes completely around the enclosure, and is visible inside the enclosure as well as outside the enclosure. On the outside the band is "indented" into the wall, on the inside of the enclosure the band protrudes into the space from the wall. The band is more pronounced when a larger nozzle (.6 mm) is used (layer height .5 mm) then with a normal (.4 mm nozzle) and .2 layer height.
The hardware is a i3 Mk3s, the firmware is 3.9.1-3518.
Would like to know if this is a common issue and

This sounds very much like the issue(s) discussed in https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-how-do-i-print-this-printing-help/buldge-when-print-reaches-solid-layers/ and https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-how-do-i-print-this-printing-help/bulge-remedied-but-still-exists-as-an-overall-wider-upper-wall/. There are some ideas for what parameters you can play with but no obvious solution.

Just wanted to follow up in case anyone was dealing with this issue. I used bobstro's test model from this thread, and wow what a difference his profile made. The picture doesn't do justice to how much better his profile looks (Default profile in front).
