Z-axis alignment issue

After assembly and calibration, I successfully printed 3D Benchy and the planetary gears from the SD card. I started Adalinda and left; when I returned a couple hours later I noticed a layer shift around 7 mm so I stopped it. I started a new Adalinda and left. When I came back about 4 hours later, the print head was about 30 mm to the right of the print, there were a couple big globs of filament, a ball of stringy filament, about 20 mm of Adalinda completed, and the part fan blower printed piece was snapped off near the screw.

I went through the calibration wizard again and when the z-axis raised to the top, the left side reached the top before the right (they were even after the first calibration). I tried to print but failed because the sensor triggered too high. I re-did the z-axis calibration and the left side reached the top before the right. I swapped the z-axis connectors on the EinsyRambo controller board, re-did the calibration, tried to print and the sensor triggered too high. I re-did the z-axis and the left side reached the top before the right.

I’d much rather think I’m doing something wrong, than there be something wrong with the right z-axis. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
