Y-axis won't calibrate

Howdy,

Recently set up my i3 MK3S after a cross-country move. Redid the calibrations for X,Y and Z and first layer. Everything seemed to be working fine. Started my first print to test it and it crashed in the middle of the first layer. Haven't been able to make it work since. Keep getting an error message of the Y-axis not being the right length when I try to calibrate or test anything.

Help!

With the power off: gently push the Y axis to it's limits at both ends.

Is anything preventing full travel?

Is the movement smooth?

Do you hear any clicking sounds from the idler pulley?

RE:

I did try that already. Everything felt smooth and had full travel. No clicking from pully either. It just always crashes when doing the y check at the furthest point at the back.

It almost acts as if the program has recalibrated itself to think there is more room at the back than there actually is.

Try a factory reset then recalibrate.  Your move may have confused the settings...

After opening Repetier and connecting your 3D printer, select the manual control tab. Next turn off easy mode and hit the toggle log button(if you're using ...2.Measuring values of X-axisStart by homing your X axis and raising the Z axis out of the way. Got that working. Thanks all. I have a completely different problem now. Had a catastrophic print failure that left the PLA as one massive lump around the entire hotend. It also melted and stripped away some of the insulation from the wiring. Anyone know the wire gauge and insulation thickness used so I can find a replacement? I checked the Prusa store and they don't sell just the wiring.
