Y-axis bearing u-bolt rubbing against aluminum frame
I had my I3 for quite a while now and it's functioning perfectly. But today when I'm doing some maintenance and redoing some cables, I noticed that there is a very slight "track" on the aluminum frame where the Y-Axis left bearing U-bolt slide. I haven't notice any problems in the printing quality yet but I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
I'm thinking of just sanding down that "track" to give the bearing U-bolt some room... Or just leave it until there is actually a deterioration in the print quality.

I'd ignore the dust removal - probably just dust taking to the static cling as the metal passes over head. Don't fix what isn't broken ... lol.
ps: If it were metal metal contact, you'd know it.

It's not a dust track, it is worn a slightly worn aluminum track. I am slightly suspicious that the bottom of the U-bolt does very slightly scrape or at least roll against the aluminum frame on occasions where I had larger/heavier prints. I think that's what caused that track on the aluminum frame. But even then, I have not noticed any significant differences on larger/heavier prints.
I will probably leave it alone for now.

The clearance is not great, but if you have the u-bolts installed properly, there should be more than enough room to deal with a kilo of plastic on the bed without scraping. E.g., my printer has about 2.5 mm clearance between the rail and u-bolt, though I worry about the tips of the u-bolts hitting the bed.
