Y-axis autohoming too sensitive

I'm having some issues with my y-axis homing - i'm using Igus RJZM bearings on the y axis carriage, so there is little more resistance than the original LM8UU bearings, but not enough that it causes any issues in printing (no crashes detected).

However, when i start a print, or run the Autohome command from the menu, the y-axis moves back a little, then acts like it's homed (it seems too sensitive to stall current). If i press my finger even lightly on the front of the carriage it homes ok.

Any ideas what i can do in this situation? I've aligned the bearing housings, rails etc, is the a stall detection current i can change somewhere in the firmware?

Thanks
