X axis noise problem

X axis noise problem

So I have this noise issue when printing.  It seems to happen only on the X axis though.  I have had my printer for awhile now and have done many prints.  I am trying to catch the problem before it actually happens because it does still print but it makes a loud noise on certain times when moving along the X axis.  I thought maybe I had to relubricate the x axis rails, which I did following the maintenance instructions, but it is still happening.

I have uploaded a video to show what this sounds like in the first half of it but in the second half it is printing without any noise.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Start isolating the noise

Start touching things when you hear the noise.  There is the normal amount of resonance (second half) which could be made a whole lot quieter with some squash ball feet.  But that buzzing noise in the first half - that's something loose rattling, almost certain.  Try holding your finger on the top edge of the control panel housing to see if that suppresses the buzz.  Then do the same (touch to suppress buzz) on other parts of your printer - such as the X axis carriage that holds the Z bearings.  

Another thought - belt tension.  Print out the Belt Tension gauge in Prusament PETG (don't bother with any other filament) - then set to mid sweet spot.  This will help reduce any vibrations from the belt being set up too loosely.
