x axis length - LM8UU drylin bearings
I was having an issue on my x carriage, kept hearing creaking sound. after inspecting the x axis rods, I noticed a long gouge in one of the rods. I ended up taking the whole thing apart, and replacing the stock x carriage bearings with some Igua Drylin RJ4JP-01-08 bearings I had. When I go to XYZ Calibration, it starts moving in the Z axis (maybe like, 5mm) and then in the x axis gives me an axis length error in the X axis. When i go and move the x axis in the settings, it moves no problems.
I do notice there is a little bit of sag in the carriage, do these bearings require a new carriage? After reading around, I checked to make sure there was nothing interfering with the carriage and there's not.
i bought my printer assembled and havent had any issues, kind of stumped on this one.

@swiss_cheese
I did not, figure it wasnt necessary. But, I figured it out. X axis carriage belt pulley was too tight and not turning. Now i just need to fix the random rattling.

did you lube the new bearings?, and I dare say you should have replaced that rod, your talking about a large amount of redundant actuation, I just can't imagine that gouge isn't going to come back to haunt you.
of course I'm not there but I think this sounds reasonable.
