X axis error

Problem first started while I had the prusa slicer up for both my mini and my MKS3+. When i went to print my original all of the sudden it kept hitting the left side. So far i have taken the belt off, checked to make sure there was nothing obstructing the belt. Put it back together and lubed everything. Made sure that it had the latest firmware. When i try to factory reset it by first pressing the X button follwed by the the rotating button nothing happens. when I release the X it just reboots the menu, no option to reset.

I have no idea what to do next, everything I look up ends up going back to the z axis. BEFORE ANYONE MENTIONS THE Z AXIS IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE X AXIS. After updating the firmware the wizard calibration test finally gave me the x axis error. When i set it to home its going way too far in the upper left hand corner.

It cannot be a hardware issue, I 100% believe its a software thing because this happened right after I had the slicer up for both printers. Ive run out of ideas

RE: X axis error

update

figured out how to factory reset, that changed it so the wizard went from not giving me an error to x axis error. When messing around with the z and y axis now everything is off.
