What's the default extrusion width for the 0.8 nozzle? I can't see this clearly in S3D

Be careful when testing this, i haven't tested it myself. (missing a 0.8mm nozzle for the volcano)
Perhaps somethings off.

I ran it, but before long it lifted from the bed, because my new practice is to use talc on PEI to guarantee an easy release for PETG. Therefore, please just add, say, a 20 outline first layer brim to it. It may be overkill, but that should hold it down. Then I'll re-run it.

Aside from that issue, it seems to be running fine. 😎

[Edit: P.S. and while you're at it, please raise the bed heat to 90C. 65 is kinda low for PETG. ]
