Weird chars on screen and octoprint disconnected
I get weird behavior on my Prusa i3 MK3s.
I think it is because he gets to "cold" below 17c I think. this issue was when he paused because of filemant out. Then he turns his heatbed of and the temp got was 15 i think. but he crashed the printer. So I can't even can get the temp above and then keep going. It was a print of 8 ours at 95% so this is real .....
Is here a solution for?
and I don't think that these weird characters are normal when he runs his mintemp error
RE: Weird chars on screen and octoprint disconnected
How do you power OctoPrint? Low power on the EINSY board can do this.
Also - earlier versions of the firmware incorrectly switched to an unavailable language on some error conditions.
That also caused weird characters on the display. Cure for that one: move to the current firmware.
RE: Weird chars on screen and octoprint disconnected
I have the same problem, but didn't see the link with Octoprint. I have the latest firmware. 3.8.1-2869 and prusaslicr. It happens early in the print, after the first couple of layers.
RE: Weird chars on screen and octoprint disconnected
I have it only when it is in Idle and weird part is when the temp raised enough it comes back.
So i'm sure it has to do with the min temp error. but how can we get this fixed?
I had it now on both my prusa i3 MK3s's.
