URGENT !!! Strange noise during actual print
This is a 28 hours print, actually at 15 hours, this noise come and I am worried my print will fail ...
So far the print look very nice, no problem, I NEED TO KNOW IF IS CRITICAL ?
RE: URGENT !!! Strange noise during actual print
Keep printing and see how it ends up. Take a video of the noice and post a link to it here.

Looking at the video sounds like the noise is correlated with extrusion or retraction of the filament.
After the print is completed I would go have a close look at the filament extrusion gears pressure adjustment, their alignment, gear bearings and see if the stepper motor is turning smoothly. Other place to look at might be a blockage in the head causing too much force to be needed to move the filament causing the gears to skip or abrade the filament but the noise also seem to occur during retraction too. Since the stepper gets too hot I would suspect that it is working too hard or it might be defective.
One final possibility could be the electronics driving the motor.
Hope you find the issue and post back.
