Urgent Problem Thermistor

Hello everyone, I'm not very good in English but I hope I can correctly explain my problem because I urgently need help. During the self-test I get the error "verify thermistor not connected". I checked the cables that did not look damaged and everything is correctly connected to the einsy card.
I have this error since I changed the nozzle (damn it to me) without looking at the instructions, and I did it cold, without heating. can any of you help me? I'm really in crisis and I have a job to finish as soon as possible and others in the queue.
Thank you

In addition to risks of damaging things swapping the nozzle cold, you'll have more issues once you get the thermistor fixed.

Look closely at the thermistor wires as they enter the heat block. They are fragile and using a wrench to hold the heat block - if not done properly - will cut the wires.

I checked the thermistor wires and are firmly attached. how can I understand if I burned it or damaged the component?

Re: Urgent Problem Thermistor

Had a similar problem after folding the printer, during the first tests.

Look:
https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/8.+Electronics+assembly+(B7-R3+design)/823?lang=en
Step 33, second photo, arrow number 6 (yellow)
Item description: "Extruder thermistor (green / yellow label | No. 6)"

I had to swap wire in the plug.
Mayby help.

Re: Urgent Problem Thermistor

You wrote about self-test error. What about what you can see on the LCD? Can you see the hotend temperature there?
