Unable to print

Hi, I have a prusa i3 Mk3 and i tried on printing a mold but an error showed up. It said"nivelación fáciles, sensor working ti early. Waiting reset." I hace my printer ser yo spanish si they translation night not be the same. I leave an image si you can ser ir by yourself un spanish. What is the solution?

is the pinda too low? and or is your sheet supposed to be off the printer?

I have a Prusa,therefore I research.

check you have the steel print bed plate fitted correctly and that there is not small bits pf plastic between it and the heat bed.
To reset the error you need to press the X button and restart

contact prusa online chat system 24/7 support
log into your account on one of the prusa store pages and in the bottom right corner you will see the Chat system box click in it enter your Invoice number for you Prusa and start the chat system they do an excellent job and will take good care of you.
