Trying to print this extruder part in ASA. Always fails printing the pinda probe bracket

i have found over time that my pinda probe bracket has been sagging from near constant ASA printing so i wanted to print the part it’s attached to in ASA. This is the 3rd time I have printed this part and during the last moments of the print, the piece seems to come loose and get fused at a fairly consistent angle.

I guess maybe my best bet is to use a brim. Otherwise the part is sticking fine.

@miriam

I think your correct, I believe a Brim would solve the problem.

Is there such a thing as too much squish on a first layer?

yes, but you would normally have adjusted that during your first layer calibration.

Could it cause adhesion issues?

can you show a picture of the bottom of one of the extruder prints? so i can see what your first layer looks like.
