Please advise as the title says, I found this while trying to do the XYZ calibration as a result of extruder noise and several failed prints . Am I now replacing the MK3S+ hotend? If so any prompt response would be welcome so I can get it ordered and get up to speed. these wire look bare to me at the point where they enter the hotend itself. either way it does not look good. I know this is a forum, If anyone can let me know how to pass this on to tech support for there opinion that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thank you in advance for any and all help. C

try contacting support via the 'Chat' option, which is available on many prusa3d,com pages, note it takes about 3 seconds to appear, after the page loads
