Thermal Issues (Hotend and Heatbed)
Hello all, I have been experiencing a rather strange series of thermal issues with my MK3S. Ever since I had to replace the heater and thermistor I have had a couple of thermal issues. The first issue I encountered was the hot-end reaching extremely excessive temperatures while printing polycarbonate. After this I ensured the thermistor cable was intact and not kinked anywhere and installed the new firmware update (3.12.2) in the hopes that my printer would not melt itself. Like many I have experienced some issues with the thermal anomaly error. I am unsure if reverting to 3.11 would solve my issue as I am concerned that reverting could result in some overheating issues. I also am having some issues with the heatbed. Whenever I heat it to around 100C it consistently throws the pre-heat error, and I am unsure of the cause of this. I have replaced my thermistor again in hopes of resolving the issue and it seems more or less the same. For reference I am running a .6mm ruby nozzle. Any help would be appreciated!
