The semaphore timeout period has expired

I have tried everything that Prusa recommends 😡 including completely removing all Prusa software and drivers, checked all the fuses, restarted computer (Microsoft SurfaceBook2) after install of latest software and drivers (February 12 2019) . I was hoping that the most recent software and firmware would remedy this issue however it did not. If anyone has had experience with this issue and has something else that I can try please let me know. Printer is MK3

I'm sorry, it occurs in the arvdude output log when I attempt to flash the new firmware. The following is a copy of the entire error message.

System wide configuration file is "C:/PROGRA~1/Prusa3D/Slic3rPE/resources\avrdude\avrdude.conf"

Using Port : COM3
Using Programmer : wiring
Overriding Baud Rate : 115200
avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\\.\COM3": The semaphore timeout period has expired.

avrdude done. Thank you.

Try to turn off your bluetooth device or any other external devices which might using COM ports and make sure the Einsy board is really using COM3.

That fixed it! Thank you so much!! I would of never guessed that something as simple as turning off Bluetooth would of fixed this. I'm sure you know the crappy feeling when your printer is not running in perfect condition. You have made me feel much better! 😀
