Temperatures won’t return to 0

I woke up this morning to my print completely messed up, a good amount of strings everywhere, with the message err: extr. fan errors, somehow a string got in the extruder fan and I removed it, but now my both my temperature profiles have been constantly displayed in a range between 24-30. I’ve tried recalibrating both the extruder and build plate temperatures with no success. Does anyone know why this could be?

Joan is right.

The number on the left is the current temp. The number on the right is the set temperature. The number on the left is never going to be zero. It will be whatever your ambient temperature is when the the plate and nozzle are not actively heating.
