Switched filament, not printing properly anymore

So I have used PLA mostly for my Prusa MK3S+, but recently switched to Prusament PETG, and then switched to a new spool of Prusament PLA. Now, I have mostly had success with PLA and PETG in the past. They printed pretty well, sometimes a layer shift here or there. But now, the PLA I just switched to doesn't adhere to the bed. This is a fairly new sheet and fairly new printer. The PLA just comes out, sometimes curls up, it will not stick to the bed and come right off and then make balls of filament around the nozzle or it will curl up before hand and it just is not working properly. I've tried adjusting the z layer but that didn't do anything either. What do I do about this?

Wash the print sheet - dishwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and HOT water.

If that doesn't work run a first layer 'Z' calibration and show us the result *on the print sheet*

Cheerio,

If the first layer calibration is good for that particular sheet, then from what I have read, it sound like moisture.  I just had an issue with over heating and was burning the filament  (PETG) when it came out.

Note that you have to calibrate to every sheet.  I found this out the hard way as well.

You need to work on 2 sides here to determine the issue. Printer side and filament side.

On the printer side, try to clean your hotend and nozzle with ear sticks, and check the Boden tube for burns or clogs, if it didn't work try replacing your nozzle.

On the filament size make sure the filament is high quality and has a regular diameter then try using another brand of filament to exclude all filament issues.

Finally, check all the settings in your slicer in the filament section (Temperature)
