Strange results after filament change

Hello,

I recently changed my white PLA filament spool. Everything was OK before... After the change I had a strange top layer. I changed fill settings (from 10 to 15%), and then had first layer adhesion issues... I always clean my bedsheet. So I tried a Z calibration to see if it was a Z or extrusion issue.

The results are a bit strange... The Z calibration seemed OK until the final square printing. Some parts of the square are correct, but there are holes in the middle... Too high Z ? Almost impossible... Inconsistent  extrusion maybe? A faulty spool?

Edit: "intermediate top layer" of the print was alright.

Can anyone help me troubleshooting this?

Thank you. 🙂

Clogged nozze? I haven't seen it myself in years but I guess they still happen ☹️ I'd try a cold pull.

I tried to change the filament, and it doesn't work with the other one either. So yeah, probably clogged nozzle or something similar. I tried the cold pull and inserting the acupuncture needle, neither worked... I hope it's not the extruder.
