Slicing ignores some features
I am trying to print this part but when I run it through the slicer, it ignores the nine holes in the part. I tried fixing through netfab already and no luck. Is there anything else I could try?

Well done for spotting the warning triangle, many don't.
Do you have access to the source files? I suspect a computed difference differs from the deck level in the umpteenth decimal place and simply extending the cut upwards by a fraction would complete the penetration.
If not, save your project as a .3mf file
Files > Save Project as
Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.
