slic3rPE how to invoke support blocker/enforcer

watching the video here:

I cannot for the life of me see what menu item in slic3r gets clicked on to get to the support blocker creation window. please advise. I see no menu item anywhere in the software for that. I'm running 1.41.2 slic3r PE

First you "Load a generic..." which creates a block you can move around. Then, make sure you have the "part" selected, and make sure you expand the pop-up size so you can see ALL of the controls in it. The window defaults to a too-small-to-see-all-the-controls size.

Sort of lame how the pop-up works - seems like a defect to me.

thanks, my stumbling block was much more basic, but I've found it:

Object>Settings

It was not apparent (to me at least) that that was how to get the window up that is used for the generic part. Sometimes the most basic thing can throw a wrench in the works.....
