Slic3r Issue need some help please
Hi, Since I installed the new Slic3er I have issues with my printings. When I am using the original prusa i3 in print settings, it does not take all of my file, so the printer will only print mny drawing partially. But if I am using ( my settings ) all of my drawing is gonna be there?
Re: Slic3r Issue need some help please
Hi Frederik, it looks like the parts of the model are too thin and the slicer is putting the first thicker part on the bed...
try setting the slicer for a 0.25 nozzle and see if that helps!... regards Joan

Hi, in the upper right corner ( Print setting ) I don't have the option for 0.25mm but I tried 0.20mm and 0.05mm and didn't work either?
That's layer height--not nozzle size. You need to go to the Printer Settings tab (top left), then Extruder 1 (below left). The first setting is Nozzle diameter. Try changing that to 0.25, and slice again. 😉
That's "MISTER Old Fart" to you!

Still the same issue with 0.25 in the printer setting

Hi, Do you have an email adress I can send it to you instead? The stl file is confidential and can't take the chance to put it here!

If you'd care to export your print configuration settings and not the STL file, we can look it over for possible issues.
