Self Test Failure - Y Axis Length

Hey Y'all

I'm having issues with the self test.  Have never had an issue in the few years we've had the printer but it seems we had a calibration issue because the print assembly was running into the frame on the left side.  I ran the self test and the x-axis was great, but it fails at the y-axis.  There is nothing blocking the bed and it goes to the end of the rails smoothly, I checked the belt tension (it was under 100 so I loosened the belt) - and I'm still having issues.

Any ideas what could be going on here?  I do have a firmware update which needs to be done but I can't imagine that is causing the problem suddenly.

Thanks!

Usually this is related to not being able to repeatedly zero out.  Make sure that there is nothing blocking the bed traveling all the way back.

Maybe look thru this thread to see if there's anything of use.

This is great, thank you.  Will check these out tonight.  Hopefully it is as simple as greasing the rails up.
