But after 10 minutes to 1 hour of printing it clogs and stops printing (clicking sounds from extruder, no filament going out of the nozzle). Heating to 270 degrees and using the needle helps to remove the clog.
Any ideas what might be wrong?

I'm having a weird issue with this print. The same corner always messes up. It looks like a mix of under and over extrusion. I also thought it might be a bed leveling issue, but I tried the print rotated 180 and also 270 degrees with the same issue. Then I thought it must be the model, but I cut just this section to isolate it for testing, and it printed WAY better. I've tried higher temps, lower temps, infill percentage, seam position, and scarf joint placement, with no change. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

For reference, this is in Overture PETG. I printed quite a few parts with the same spool that had no issue, one of them being almost identical to this with no issues.
