Recently I began to have some printing issues that I traced, hopefully correctly, to wearing/slop in the filament idler door mounting "lugs" for the idler hobbed gear axel. I thought, easy enough to simply print a new one. Went to printables.com, found the item, downloaded and printed the file, but when I started to transfer the old parts into the new print, I noticed the newly printed part is missing some filament constraint geometry at the exit point of the gear that is critical for maintaining the path of the filament, especially flexible types, into the PTFE tube. In the picture, the new door is on the right and the old door is on the left with the geometric feature, basically forming a slot, circled. As I print a lot of TPU, I don't want to take a chance of introducing problems. If not printables.com, where can I find the file I need with the old geometry?
