Repeating fine diagonal lines on vertical surfaces

I rarely print so large vertical surfaces, but when I printed the model below in silk PLA all walls have a repeating pattern of fine vertical lines, equal on x- and y-axis. Any suggestions what is causing this? Photos and silk surface make it look a little worse than it is...  https://www.printables.com/model/537899-pill-blister-pack-box-spare-parts-box

RE:

That is called VFA or washboarding. I understand that it is caused by the steppermotors 1.8 degree steps

I printed it again - just part of the original model. The issue is hardly noticable anymore, without any changes. I am just going to call it good enough. Maybe it has something to do with the infamous "VFA" issue that MK4's improved stepper motors are supposed to improve upon..
