Really weird slicer problem where it doesn't slice or show everything at a very small scale
You see what's going on here? The little breaks and kinks in this mean piece of poopy doopy, I've had to send this picture through two different devices just to send this, so if someone could please fix dis I'd greatly appreciate it, I've checked off all the settings on print settings, I've changed the actual size for external perimeter Idk what to do and I don't have the time to fix it anymore, so please help, sincerely someone who stumbled on a new problem yet again. Btw I already printed it at a small scale to see if it showed up in physical reality to see if it printed those, and yes they did.

3D printing requires the extruder to place filament in orderly lines that have a start and an end...
these marks are the start and end of the filament lines. and are known as the seam
If you can print an object with a single perimeter, like say, 'a Vase', you can print the object in Vase mode. which prints the shell in one continuous string, but even then, the string of filament has to raise to the next level at the end of every circuit of the perimeter.
If you can't print in vase mode then All slicers try to hide the seam in corners where they are often not noticed, unfortunately cylinders don't have many corners... however, you can select where the seam goes,
the options are :
Nearest,
Aligned,
Random and
Rear.
try the different settings and see if any one is better for you...
otherwise you can adjust the retraction settings to minimise the effect of the seam.

I don't know how to change the retraction settings, think you could list some please?
