PrusaSlicer.ini corrupted - looking for replacement

My laptop threw a bit of a temper tantrum this morning and my PrusaSlicer.ini was corrupted. Can anyone point me to the location of a clean one? I tried to re-install PrusaSlicer but the presets are all missing.

Here you can download several releases: https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/releases

These contain the searched .ini file
