Prusa stop working no info is available on the screen
Hello
A friend contacted me, her Prusa (bought pre assembled ) refuse to start this morning.
The screen look like this . I suggested trying to update the firmware but the flashing did not work. Any idea of what to do? Trouble shooting is kind of complicated as no info is available

I assume powering off and back on was already tried.
I would try to re-seat (disconnect/reconnect) some of the electronics cables. Start with the ones that connect the LCD display with the main circuit board (both ends of the cables). Do that even if they feel they are firmly attached. Could also try contacting Prusa customer support via chat: https://www.prusa3d.com/ and select Chat Now in bottom right corner. (Some ad blockers have been known to block the 'Chat now' box from showing.)
