Prusa silver PLA filament quits feeding in the middle of a print job
The silver Prusa PLA that came with my MK3S printer in 2019 quits feeding in the middle a print job. This feeding problem does not happen with any other PLA filament that I am using. I measured the filament diameter at several places, and it is consistently within spec. I've tried changing the nozzle temperature, and assured that the filament comes off the spool easily. What can I do about this?

Could just be as simple as a little maintenance required on the MC/Extruder, they can get clogged up/dirty gears and maybe just a minor adjust needed
Prusa Knowledge Base | i3 Printers Regular Maintenance (prusa3d.com)
This KB doc contains a section on cleaning/adjusting the extruder, I would run through that as a staring point.
Tank you very much!

I tried all of the cleaning and adjusting of the extruder maintenance procedures. The gears look perfectly clean.

Try tightening the Bondtech idler screw slightly.

What @diem said. I’ve printed at least six spools of that specific filament.

Well, it looks like tightening the Bondtech idler screw worked. I've done 9 hours of printing with the silver with no problems. Thank you all who have responded with help.
