problems with x-movement; blocked randomly
So, I got the Mk3s a couple of months ago, worked fine so far. Today however, an issue occurred which I can't seem to resolve and which renders the printer useless for now...
During initial bed levelling, at some point the movement of the extruder in the x-direction is blocked at a random point. Basically, the levelling starts, extruder moves to the front left, and starts moving to the different levelling points. At some point during this routine, the movement seems blocked. The stepper motor works (as the belt curls up ever so slightly just around the bearing), however the extruder does not move and the motor in return does some weird, loud noises. The point at which this issue occurs seems to be mostly random, however, I noticed that it only occurs when the extruder moves to the right. When I cancel the routine as soon as the issue occurs, I am unable to move the extruder by hand in the direction it was supposed to be going, however after backing it up a bit to the left, the blockage seems cleared and it can move freely again in all directions.
I've already loosend the screw holding the idler on the left hand side a bit, had no effect however.
If necessary, I could upload a video of the issue if it helps with troubleshooting; atm I have no idea what might be the cause...

Update: so, after posting I searched a bit more around the forum, and an issue similar to mine seems to pop up now and then. The cause seems to be insufficient greasing / lubricating of the bearings. So I took some lubricant and greased the bearings from the extruder, and lo and behold, the issue has vanished.
So, just a suggestions to the guys from Prusa: maybe add an article concerning issues with the bearings as well as an advice for lubricating them (maybe even right after unpackaging and prior to assembly).
