Printer sounds like dot matrix. I can’t tell where it’s coming from.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I’ve put my hand on everything I can think off. I’ve checked several areas to see if I had loose screws. I’m not sure what it is.

It's hard (impossible) to say what's causing this noise without seeing what printer is doing. C'mon, you should at least tell what's moving: bed? print head left-right? up-down? extruder trying to load/unload filament?

I’m not sure I understand what you’re saying? The video attached shows what the printer is doing. And the noise it’s making.

If I click on link you provided, I only get audio file (sound).

Oh. Well that’s silly. I’m not sure why that is. I will try and upload it again.

Ok, it's visible now 🙂

Oh good!

Ok, just thinking aloud here...
Are you using "normal" layer height of 0.2mm? When printing solid infill, the thing can get a bit louder, because nozzle is printing lines at angle of 90deg (compared to previous layer). And because previous layer is already solid, and not perfectly smooth, nozzle is almost grinding the previous layer -that could be even more apparent at very thin layers.
Anyway, that obviously shouldn't happen when printing first layer -because there's no layer underneath.
I'm out of other ideas right now.. maybe someone else has better one...

Yes, I am using normal layer hight. I’m just trying to figure out if it’s something structural.
