Printer detecting a crash in the same spot when no reason for a crash is visible

For some reason my Mk3 is detecting a crash in the bottom right corner of the bed consistently. I have adjusted the Z height, and its not actually colliding with the bed. I can find no object blocking the path of the X axis or the Y axis in the spot. The cable bundle does not appear to be stressed or pulling on the extruder assembly. I see no kinks in any cables, and the PINDA probe does not flicker unless triggered by something metal or magnetic while the carriage moves side to side. I have redone the XYZ calibration twice, thinking i had possibly messed up on the first re-calibration.
I do not know if it would be related, but I also have to make sure that the extruder assembly is as far to the left as possible before starting a print, or the mesh bed leveling will sometimes fail, and will certainly fail if the extruder has not been checked to be as far left as possible for more than one print. The auto home appears to just move side to side and then down, not actually going all the way to find the left boundary.
I've run into this problem while trying to refine the bed leveling correction, as even though I've been cleaning the bed with isopropyl alcohol before prints, the first layer is sticking inconsistently, and it appears that the nozzle gets farther from the bed as it gets closer to the edges of the build area.
Any help would be appreciated.

It honestly sounds like you have a lot going on here – let's start with the crash detection.

Have you checked your belt tension? That could well be responsible for the X-axis issues.

Also, when does it say there's been a crash – is it during the mesh bed leveling as you start a print? Is it always the same point? If so, your bed may be so un-level that one of the points isn't registering for the PINDA. The first step there would be to double-check your PINDA height. What's your live-z adjustment at currently? if it's outside of -.4 to -.8, I'd consider readjusting your PINDA. If that is good, then see if you can adjust the bed at the point it's having an issue. Use washers if needed to bring the bed up.

The belts are listed as follows:
X: 247
Y: 288

The crash occurs after the bed leveling, whenever the printer tries to print within a region in the bottom right of the print area. My Z-height is just over -1, but I know that my PINDA is a bit lower than it could be. Regardless of how I adjust it, it still crashes in the same area.

Re: Printer detecting a crash in the same spot when no reason for a crash is visible

I am having the same issue with the X-axis. When the printer lays down the double strip of material (I have the MMU2) it regularly crashes in the far right bottom area. Also when doing prints that get close to the far right of the print bed I get crashes too.

I have done many prints on the printer and it was not a problem until the firmware 3.4 and after. I am now on 3.5 and it at least recovers from the crash, but the crashes didn't happen on older firmware and my prints were fine.
