Power Failures in Stats
I keep seeing multiple power failures in the stats menu, I know we are not having actual power failures as nothing in my home is reset. Is this normal? The printer is plugged into a surge protector.

How old is the printer? Have you considered that the possibility the power supply isn't meeting the needs anymore? Another possibility is the UPS is too small for the power demands and may be throttling the power.

Its less than a year old, I was going to plug it directly into the wall and see what happens.

It can be a very short outage you even do not recognize.
even an old man can learn new things 🙂
