Please help！palette 3 smart load filament movement not detected
I use palette 3 + prusa mk 3s+ and I've already turned prusa's filament sensor off.
When I put filament and tube into extruder and press smart load, the filament won't move and the palette says filament movement not detected.
But when I took off the thing on top of the extruder and put the filament directly into the hole of extruder, then press smart load, the filament will go through the extruder and come out of it. But palette still says filament movement not detected.

Maybe this will help? I am just researching the Palette 3 now, and you can see the 'Smart Load' feature at around 9 minutes, she shows her loading the filament.
